Paul Henry commenced ABI Services in the late 1980's and part of the success of ABI was the inception of the Quality Assurance Program, which commenced in the late 1990's. A unique and streamlined Quality Inspection Service working with many Builders, Paul joined Howard Owen in 2006 to combine strengths within their two companies.

The Scouts
Tim O'Neill - Quality Programme Manager, is the creator of ABI's unique inspecting and reporting systems and Bill Ryan - Quality Inspector with over 30 years experience in construction.

The Indians
Maintaining all things Admin; Jane Morley - Administration Manager & Samantha Streatfeild - friendly Client Liaison and Acccounts.
